What quality are the products?

I cover DOA and your inhabitants for 7 days upon arrival. This means I stand behind the quality of the life I offer. Satisfaction guaranteed. 

Can I return an item for a refund?

I will take back any fish you cannot care for, but I am unable to provide refunds should you change your mind. If you choose to surrender your purchase, you can ship it back at your expense. Please contact me for instructions and to arrange this.

How can I get in touch with Customer Care?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. you must cancel your order 72 hours. All updates can be sent to tankdreams.shop@gmail.com 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address and contact details on your order as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team by emailing  tankdreams.shop@gmail.com

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated straight away. You may also recieve a text if this is the communication method you selected.
