Refund policy
I guarantee that your specimens are alive and thriving upon arrival, and for 7 days in your tank. Postal issues and delays within the usps and ups system are covered. The shipping portion of your order is nonrefundable, but in the event of major loss, I cover priority reshipment at my expense. (Order worry free of a major disaster). You must submit pictures to tankdreams.shop@gmail.com with your order number to document the death of any livestock. There are a number of things I am unable take responsibility for during your 7 days of coverage. This includes but is not limited to, aggression from other livestock, accidents before, during or after acclimation, an improperly cycled aquarium, equipment failure, unsafe substrate...etc. These things and more are not covered because I am only able to guarantee the health and disease free nature of my livestock, not the environment they are kept in.
Unfortunately, the sale of aquatic life is final. But if you are familiar with shipping, or if you can drop off your purchase at my retail location, I will always accept back animals that you can no longer care for.
