Every one of the fish arrived dead. I reached out about a refund but once I provided pictures I never heard back. This was not on the postal service as the package arrived exactly when it was supposed to. The heat packs and bag of dead fish were ice cold upon arrival.

My loaches arrived healthy and they were very active and acclimated well to my tank. Tank dreams has definitely gained a new customer.

Merchant took every precaution possible to ensure live delivery, all three of my loaches arrived in good health and have since filled a wonderful niche as the bottomfeeders in my aquarium. Extremely satisfied with service, and have every intention of buying more fish in the future!

This was a great experience. A lot of my local fish stores are low quality, but regardless this was my first foray into ordering fish online. All the Kuhlis arrived healthy and the shipping was prompt. They all had great color and are adjusting well to their new tank. Customer service here is excellent, I plan to order again if I need to purchase more fish.

They loaches are kind of elusive and shy. They have been exploring more and more as they get used to their new surroundings. Love them so much we are ordering more!
