Fantastic experience ordering live fish from Darren in the middle of winter. Chose this store because I really liked their 7-Day health guarantee and the fact that their fish are tank-bred and illness-free. I ordered 6 habrosus cories with $10 USPS priority mail shipping. I was really worried because the package got held at the airport for 3 extra days due to a snowstorm!
But thanks to Darren's care and initiative, everyone arrived safe and sound. They were very active and cozy in their 2" insulated styrofoam packing, double bagged, large and clear "LIVE FISH" labelling, and free heat pack. It's been almost a week and they're all still healthy and happy. Definitely ordering from Darren in the future!
